At the core of every addiction, lies unresolved trauma.

Without access to the tools and resources necessary to address traumatic experiences and heal from them, we default to the next best option: survival mode. When operating in survival mode, we rely on coping mechanisms, like addiction, to distract ourselves from the pain that we feel, or at least make it more manageable. The trouble starts when we find ourselves stuck in survival mode, especially when the original threat is no longer present.

In session, we allow your subconscious to take us back through a series of impactful memories that are the underlying source of your pain. Together, we work with each memory by looking at it from different perspectives, allowing you to see angles that were previously hidden from you. Armed with this new, broader view, we’ll begin to dismantle the harm that was done to you, and begin the process of healing, forgiving, and letting go.

Sessions are held online, via Zoom. All sessions are recorded and shared with you, so that you can replay at your convenience.
