The energies that I work with are kind of like an upgraded version of radio or light waves – they can travel any distance and to any place, directed by the power of intention and focus. You can even send them to different points in time – like to a day in the future when you know you’ll need a boost! In my experience, Reiki energy works well in balancing our physical + energetic bodies, while I find that Angelic energy is more impactful on an emotional and spiritual level.

After we run through any questions you have, I open each session by assembling a grid of intuitively selected crystals, creating an energetic container to support and amplify the work that we’ll do together.

During the session, I work closely with both your Spirit Guides and mine, allowing myself to serve as a physical conduit for their healing intention, leaving you vibrant, refreshed, and ready to tackle the world. My particular specialty is communicating with your body and Spirit Guides to receive and transmit messages that they’d like passed on, which I’ll share at the end.

Sessions are held online, via Zoom, and are audio/video recorded, so afterwards, I can email you a replay of the debrief portion, which includes my notes, downloads, and messages from your guides, along with a photo of the crystal grid.
