$200 / SESSION 90 minutes
No matter how “normal” our childhood was, we all have a younger part of ourselves that was never quite loved by parents, extended family, or peers in the ways we needed to be. When our needs are systematically left unmet, we develop unhealthy coping mechanisms (numbing our feelings, over-reliance on external validation, inability to trust, etc.) that can affect our ability to build meaningful, fulfilling relationships with ourselves and others.
In Inner Child sessions, we use the power of hypnosis to create a safe space where your subconscious is allowed to take the lead, gently exploring the parts of you that may have been rejected, dismissed, or labeled as “inappropriate” or “too much” by others. Working together, we start to identify and dismantle the limiting, external projections and opinions that are preventing you from showing up as the truest expression of your beautiful, vibrant self.
Sessions are held online, via Zoom. All sessions are recorded and shared with you, so that you can replay at your convenience.
