Set to the calming sounds of ocean waves, follow along with me as we gradually relax every part of your physical body, leaving your mind free to focus inward.
This is a wonderful track to guide your daily meditation practice, wind down at the end of a long day, or, if you’re a new client, get acquainted with my voice and approach – I use a similar meditation at the beginning of each hypnotherapy session.
