Self sabotage is a motherfucker, and presents in the sneakiest of ways – procrastination, an intensely negative inner voice, panic attacks, self harm, addiction, destructive behavior, imposter syndrome, failure to launch… the list is long, and it’s heartbreaking.

But here’s the thing – at some point in your life, those very behaviors were developed to keep you safe, which is why it can (1) be so hard to let them go and (2) recognize how they are negatively affecting your ability to succeed.

This session is designed to bring you face to face with the hidden, ignored versions of yourself that manifest themselves through derailing behavior.  Instead of shaming them, we give them a voice – allowing them to express their needs (sometimes for the first time), so that they can be recruited to work with you, not against you.  It’s a surprisingly easy, emotional process, and afterwards, clients report feeling calmer, lighter, and more in control.

Sessions are held online, via Zoom. All sessions are recorded and shared with you, so that you can replay at your convenience.
